Our BJJ classes are structured to introduce you to the fundamentals of the sport step-by-step. As a beginner, you will learn basic positions, holds and escape techniques, while more experienced practitioners can work on advanced moves and strategies. One of the unique aspects of BJJ is that it focuses on technique and agility rather than pure physical strength. This means that people of all ages and genders can benefit from BJJ training. At Team de Jager , we strongly believe in the empowerment that comes from mastering techniques and solving challenging situations. In addition to the physical benefits, BJJ also offers a mental challenge. It requires strategic thinking, concentration and the ability to react quickly to changing situations.
