About trail training

Parcour training, inspired by freerunning and obstacle courses, is a unique way to test your physical skills and agility. At Team de Jager , we offer parcour training courses that challenge beginners and experts alike to push their limits.

Movement and Agility

A track workout involves going through a full-body schedule, where you perform multiple whole-body exercises in succession. You also work on fitness, because you get (almost) no rest at the end of each exercise. The rest you get between exercises is only from running to the next exercise, and this is still done at a brisk pace.

Mental Acuity and Challenge

What makes these workouts so fascinating is the combination of physical and mental exertion. You have to make quick decisions, assess your surroundings and carefully coordinate your body to overcome obstacles.

HOW LONG DOES A COURSE WORKOUT LAST?

Training sessions last 45 minutes.

Who is the trail training suitable for?

Parcour training aims to increase strength and endurance. This is ideal for people who want to lose weight, as well as those who want to gain muscle mass and feel fit.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL CLASS?

You come 15 minutes before your class starts. And then you can tell the desk clerk that you want to do a trial class. A trial class costs 10 euros and is deducted as a registration fee when you sign up.

CAN I BORROW GEAR FOR A TRIAL LESSON?

We have a limited number of boxing gloves and shin guards. Be on time and then you can borrow these loaner items for the trial class.

HOW TO REGISTER?

Using the enrollment button, you can click on the appropriate package and enroll online.

IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN KEEP MY VALUABLES AT THE GYM?

Yes, you can. You can ask the desk clerk for a locker and you give a deposit. When you grab your stuff from the locker again and return the key to the front desk, you will get your deposit back.

CAN I SWITCH SPORTS LATER?

Yes, you can always do that. You give it to the desk clerk and he/she converts it to the sport you are interested in.

IS THERE A STORK PASS SCHEME AT THE GYM?

Yes, for young people under 18, one sport is reimbursed by the municipality. From 18 years of age you will pay half of your subscription (one sport) and the other half will be reimbursed.

I AM A STUDENT, DO I GET A DISCOUNT ON MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you will receive a student discount. Indicate this in the registration form and see the subscription fee.
