Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport that combines several disciplines, such as kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, into one. At Team de Jager , we offer MMA training that gives you the opportunity to develop your skills in different fighting styles.

Our MMA classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced fighters looking to expand their knowledge. MMA requires a combination of technical expertise, physical fitness and strategic thinking. Our experienced instructors will guide you through this process, helping you challenge yourself and grow on all fronts.

Really good I train there I feel more confident really recommend it but the boys locker room for kids should be a little bigger and curtains or masking paper but very cozy club

WHAT DO YOU NEED IN MMA?

HOW LONG DOES AN MMA WORKOUT LAST?

MMA workouts last 55 minutes.

CAN JUST ANYONE JOIN?

Yes, the classes are suitable for young and old. Of course we take each other into account, it is fun and challenging for every level.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL CLASS?

You come 15 minutes before your class starts. And then you can tell the desk clerk that you want to do a trial class. A trial class costs 10 euros and is deducted as a registration fee when you sign up.

CAN I BORROW GEAR FOR A TRIAL LESSON?

We have a limited number of boxing gloves and shin guards. Be on time and then you can borrow these loaner items for the trial class.

HOW TO REGISTER?

Using the enrollment button, you can click on the appropriate package and enroll online.

IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN KEEP MY VALUABLES AT THE GYM?

Yes, you can. You can ask the desk clerk for a locker and you give a deposit. When you grab your stuff from the locker again and return the key to the front desk, you will get your deposit back.

CAN I SWITCH SPORTS LATER?

Yes, you can always do that. You give it to the desk clerk and he/she converts it to the sport you are interested in.

IS THERE A STORK PASS SCHEME AT THE GYM?

Yes, for young people under 18, one sport is reimbursed by the municipality. From 18 years of age you will pay half of your subscription (one sport) and the other half will be reimbursed.

I AM A STUDENT, DO I GET A DISCOUNT ON MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you will receive a student discount. Indicate this in the registration form and see the subscription fee.
